If you're a people person, this is the job for you. You'll be responsible for maintaining the relationship we form with our customers ensuring that they are always pleased with their plants and the people who maintain them. Acting both as a troubleshooter and contact person, you're the very voice of our business. And to that end, you'll also be communicating with and supporting our Horticultural Care Technicians ensuring that customer needs are rapidly met with a high level of satisfaction.
